The Personnel/Insurance Department employees serve as the Customer Service section for over twenty separate City of Florence departments representing approximately:

•700 full-time employees
 
•100 regular part-time employees

The Personnel and Insurance Department is located in Room 328 of the Municipal Building.

Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for posted City holidays.
