City
of Florence Street Department

The City provides a
seasonal loose leaf collection for leaves raked
into a windrow or piled at the curb in
residential areas. This does not include leaves
that have blown into the gutter.
Trucks vacuum
leaves from the curbside Monday through Friday
between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm
Leaves should be
raked behind the curb, NOT in the gutter.
Putting leaves in the gutter can cause drainage
and/or traffic problems
Do not mix sticks,
rocks, pine cones, limbs, or other debris with
loose leaves
Do not park cars
too close to leaf piles, this prevents
collection
