Planning Department Purchasing Department
The Planning/Community Development Department oversees the physical development of the city. It provides for the orderly growth, development, and redevelopment of the City of Florence by recommending policy, thorough planning, and management of developed plans. The Purchasing Department directs purchasing and enforces purchasing policies for all City procurement. The Department also advertises and receives bids per State and Federal Government rules and regulations.
