Residential

New Single-Family Dwelling Construction:
One (1) set of structural drawings must be submitted, drawn to scale with sufficient clarity and detail to indicate the nature and character of the work.

A plot plan is also required, which must be prepared by a registered land surveyor indicating the proposed placement of the dwelling on the lot.

Normally, drawings are not required for small additions and detached accessory structures for Single-Family dwellings.
